My Story Behind Panache
Many of the world’s most successful business ideas are born out of desperation and I was not an exception !
After recently developing my investment property , I was desperate to fetch maximum yield for valuation and renting my property quickly but somehow it was not happening . I waited two months exploring all the options including trying our different surveyors , estate agents and financial firms but was disappointed.
The idea finally came to my mind after I read a blog on Home staging association and decided to give it a try myself. I staged my very first apartments , the valuation came 10% more than I was expecting and apartments were let within five days. The Home Staging Idea was born and ready to flourish .
